Wellbeing

Employee wellbeing was front of mind during the design process: the warehouses are designed to be airtight which provides a warm and stable temperature. Roof lighting allows natural light to flood in, making the buildings a welcoming environment in which to work. Externally, an enhanced landscaping and outdoor facilities provide employees with green spaces to enjoy and relax during breaks.

Community

To generate employment opportunities and economic growth in the region, we have invested £65.5m to support regeneration in Stoke-on-Trent through the development of 1,400,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Working with the local council we supported the opening of the A500 Etruria Valley Link Road and the unveiling of a Spitfire sculpture designed by a local artist and manufactured by a local business. The link road provides the community and local businesses direct access to Festival Park, St. Modwen Park Stoke Central, the surrounding conurbations and direct access to the M6.
