That’s why all our new buildings are built to our Swan Standard and have sustainable features as standard. Our buildings also provide a warm, bright working environment for our customers’ employees and our parks provide green space and amenities where people can relax and unwind.

In addition to providing their employees with a great place to work, we also know that reducing operational costs is important to our customers. That’s why all the new buildings we develop have a minimum EPC rating of A and intelligent LED lighting. It’s also why all our new buildings over 70,000 sq ft have rooftop solar panels fitted as standard – helping customers reduce both their costs and their impact on the environment.
