We are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious Industrial Agents Society Awards.

As well as being nominated for Best Overall Scheme – Multi-Let Industrial Estate for our work at St. Modwen Park Derby, we have also been shortlisted in the Developer of the Year – Logistics category after a stellar year which saw us deliver 23 practical completions totalling around two million sq ft, including our first ever BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ unit.

In addition, the judges also considered projects at our Parks in ChippenhamNewport and Stoke Central – where a £65.5m investment helped to deliver 480,000 sq ft of modern sustainable space which was since snapped up by growing local businesses such as Overclockers UK, National Veterinary Services and Emerge Global, helping to protect crucial existing roles whilst creating new job opportunities.

In Derby, our work represents one of the largest regeneration and levelling up projects in the region, comprising 67 acres of brownfield land that has been expertly – and extensively – remediated to so far deliver four BREEAM ‘Excellent’ units, with work on Phase 2 already underway to deliver a further five warehouse spaces.

Attracting companies such as Vaillant and Getinge to St. Modwen Park Derby – with more to be announced soon – has already delivered significant economic benefits to area, creating multiple centres of excellence, job opportunities and talent pathways for future generations, and significant inward investment.

“The IAS Awards are one of the biggest nights in the industry calendar and we are incredibly proud to be shortlisted in two categories. As a company we are rapidly expanding – our portfolio increased by a third last year alone and continues to grow at pace – and these nominations are testament to the incredible hard work the team puts in on a daily basis. “Over at St. Modwen Park Derby we are proud to have invested more than £100m across two phases of development and have seen global businesses move their operations to the Park – helping to create valuable jobs and bring crucial investment to the area.”

Lee Nash, Head of Development, St. Modwen Logistics
